Poster Presentation Guidelines

All posters will be displayed in Pinn Hall Conference Center Meeting room 2A/B/C.  Poster Display locations will be assigned on the morning of October 28th.  Posters may be placed anytime after 8:30AM on October 28th, and must be in place by 5PM.  Please stand at your poster during the Poster Presentation time.

Poster Board Specifications

• The assigned space for each poster is 4 feet high by 4 feet wide.  Poster dimensions must fit within this defined space.
• Ensure that all text is printed in a large enough font to be read comfortably.
• Ensure that all illustrations including charts and graphs, can be read from a comfortable distance.

 

Posters must be removed promptly at the end of the meeting.  We are not responsible for any posters that are not removed.  Any poster left on the display boards may be discarded after the meeting
